Hours: 05:00 AM - 03:00 PM, 03:00 PM - 01:00 AM

Press Technicians Responsibilities:
- Operating presses and following checklists, procedures, and guidelines to production flow to meet customer specifications
- Inspect brass casings for cosmetic and functional defects using precision instruments (calipers, micrometers) for quality monitoring
- Utilizing PLEX production software effectively
- Performing mechanical adjustments, preventative maintenance, and troubleshooting equipment issues
- Adheres to all safety requirements, including cleaning the work area, lockout/tagout, and wearing required PPE
Requirements for Press Technicians:
- Previous experience working in manufacturing preferred
- Ability to work with large press machinery
- Prior forklift experience is a plus
- Intellectual curiosity, passion for machinery, positive attitude, self-discipline, and commitment to the company's mission
- Must be detail-oriented with a high degree of quality and accuracy
- Must be able to stand and walk for prolonged periods and lift up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to lift, twist, pull, and bend as required
- Must successfully pass background checks and pre-employment screening
- Must be able to read, write, and speak English
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong mechanical, mathematical, reading comprehension, and troubleshooting skills
- Demonstrate safe work practices
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment, and strong communication skills
