Plant Floater Responsibilities:
- Learn to operate all types of production machines in their facility
- Step in to cover for higher-level positions when needed, such as during vacations or absences
- Inspect products visually to make sure they meet their quality standards
- Keep your work area clean and organized
Requirements For Plant Floater:
- Must be able to stand, stretch, reach, and bend for up to 8+ hours a day
- Able to lift and carry materials as needed
- High School Diploma or GED is preferred
- Previous manufacturing experience is required
- Be self-motivated, flexible, and work well with a team
- Be willing to work overtime if needed and have good attendance
