Position Title: Part-Time Human Resources Assistant
Wage: $20.00 - $24.00/hour
Duration: Until End of August
Schedule: Part-Time (25-30 Hours/Week – Minimum of 20 Hours); Flexible with hours per day and days worked
Position Overview: We are looking for a Temporary Administrative Assistant in Milwaukee, WI to help with various office tasks and coordinate our company picnic until the end of August. The ideal candidate should be strong with Microsoft Office, possess general office administration skills, and have some knowledge of recruiting and HR. This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience in office administration and HR while contributing to our company's success.
Part-Time Human Resources Assistant Responsibilities:
- Coordinate company picnic
- Post job openings
- Conduct initial phone screenings
- File and organize documents
- Clean up and update current employee files
- Purge I-9 forms
- Create and update PowerPoint presentations for new hire orientations
Requirements for Part-Time Human Resources Assistant:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong general office administration skills
- Some knowledge of recruiting and HR desired
- Ability to work part-time with a flexible schedule
