Position Title: Operator - 3rd Shift

Join our manufacturing team in Darlington, WI as an Operator and play a vital role in producing high-quality parts. This position offers a hands-on opportunity to develop skills in molding, inspection, and assembly within a dynamic and supportive environment.
Operator Responsibilities:
- Remain at the designated workstation unless relieved by an authorized employee or assigned to move between stations
- Monitor molds to prevent parts from closing in and prevent sprue stringing, which can cause build-up
- Load inserts correctly, trim flash and snip gates as required
- Print, assemble, sort, drill or gauge parts according to specifications
- Maintain standard cycle times and monitor for water or oil leaks
- Report safety malfunctions, such as drop bar failure or missing machine guards
- Listen to and interpret the sounds of machinery, including molds, grinders, pumps and drills
- Communicate effectively with team members and pass instructions to relieving operators
- Perform inspection functions, packaging and labeling as instructed
- Review posted information regarding quality, safety and operational procedures before each shift
- Complete post-molding operations, including assembling, gluing, or polishing parts
- Grind runners, sprues and scrap without damaging equipment
- Notify supervision promptly of mold or equipment issues and quality concerns
- Keep the workstation clean and assist in training new operators as needed
Requirements for Operator:
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform frequent bending at a 45-degree angle
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift
