Position Title: Fulfillment Project Manager

Wage: $48,000.00 - $53,000.00/Yearly

Shift: 1st Shift

Hours: 08:00 AM – 05:00 PM 

We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee client onboarding and manage ongoing fulfillment projects. This role serves as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure projects are completed accurately, on time, and within budget.

Fulfillment Project Manager Responsibilities:
- Lead client onboarding and project kickoff meetings
- Develop and manage project timelines and specifications
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors
- Monitor project progress, troubleshoot issues, and ensure quality standards
- Communicate proactively with clients and stakeholders
- Support pricing, reporting, and inventory coordination as needed

Requirements For Fulfillment Project Manager:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of project management, fulfillment, or operations experience
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable learning new systems
- Experience in print, fulfillment, distribution, or warehouse environments is a plus, but not required
