Mixing Operator Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Operate mixers to prepare dough, monitor oven temperatures, and ensure product quality throughout the mixing and baking process.
- Read and follow recipes.
- Weigh, measure and combine ingredients.
- Cook fillings & icing.
- Adhere to production schedule.
- Coordinate production timing with Operations Manager, Makeup Room Lead and Oven Operator.
Mixing Operator Requirements:
- Standing 12+ hours.
- Lifting up to 50lbs.
- Working in warm conditions.
- Work in fast-paced environment.
