Position Title: Mill Maintenance Technician
Wage: $21.00-$24.00/hour
Shift: 1st
Hours: 8:00am-5:00pm Monday-Friday

In this role, you'll operate and maintain media mills used in the manufacturing process, ensuring products are produced to quality specifications while keeping equipment running efficiently. Mill Maintenance Technician Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- All aspects of daily mill operation and routine maintenance
- Review specifications and raw materials based on the batch ticket for product to be milled
- Mix raw materials following company specifications to mill the product
- Work in production on the machine to produce product as well as maintaining it
- Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized work area
Mill Maintenance Technician Requirements:
- Previous industrial or electrical maintenance experience, minimum of 2 years
- Basic math skills
- Basic computer skills
- Basic electrical knowledge a plus
- Basic mechanical aptitude
- Organized/detail-oriented
- Self-directed
- Open to getting dirty
- Generally must be able to, with or without accommodation, proficiently use both sensory perception/clarity and muscle control/coordination; may include vision (near, far, color, glare control), hearing (auditory attention, sound localization), speech, strength, agility, dexterity flexibility, steadiness or reaction time
- Frequent heavy lifting up to 50 pounds and may require long periods of standing
- Ability to commute to Nixa
