QPS Employment Group is hiring a Manufacturing Associate for a company in Twin Lakes, WI. This is an associate to hire opportunity on 1st or 2nd shift.
Manufacturing Associate Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Set up, run, and maintain production equipment
- Load and unload parts and materials while protecting product quality
- Place items into forming ovens and check for accuracy
- Use hand tools and equipment like masking machines
- Remove and report any damaged parts or equipment
- Inspect parts to ensure they meet quality standards
- Assemble, label, clean, and package finished products
Manufacturing Associate Requirements:
- Prior manufacturing experience is helpful but not required
- Lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Dependable team player who takes pride in their work
- Motivated and enjoy hands-on tasks and learning new skills
