Position Title: Maintenance Technician
Wage: $25.00-$35.00 per hour based on experience
Shift: Nights
Hours: 6:00pm-6:00am (2-2-3)

Maintenance Technician Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Install and set up production machinery.
- Perform preventive & predictive maintenance.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic & pneumatic systems.
- Diagnose issues using condition monitoring & diagnostic tools.
- Repair components: bearings, belts, pumps, valves, sensors, PLC-controlled equipment.
- Support machine changeovers, setups & performance improvements.
- Minimize downtime through quick, accurate repairs.
Maintenance Technician Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2+ years industrial maintenance experience or 2-year technical degree.
- Ability to read blueprints/schematics.
- Knowledge of OSHA safety standards.
- Experience with power transmission, industrial controls, hydraulics/pneumatics, basic PLCs.
- Strong problem-solving skills & mechanical/electrical aptitude.
- Frequent standing, walking, reaching, kneeling, and use of hands.
- Lift: 10 lbs. regularly, 30 lbs. frequently, 50+ lbs. occasionally.
- Close vision required.
