Machine Operators Responsibilities:
- Safely operate the machinery
- Assist with loading and unloading parts off conveyor line
- Properly package parts in each tote using dividers and specified material
- Perform quality inspection on parts according to checklist standards
- Use of deburring tools to remove excess metal
- Attention to detail and accuracy
Requirements for Machine Operators:
- Ability to stand for 12+ hours per shift
- Ability to lift between 25-30lb throughout shift
- Ability to bend, reach, sit, pull, push, squat, use of fingers and hand as needed throughout shift
- Ability to read, understand, and communicate in English
- High School Diploma preferred but not required
- Manufacturing experience preferred but not required
- Teamwork mentality
