QPS Employment Group is hiring a Machine Operator for a company in Whitewater, WI. This is an associate to hire opportunity on 2nd shift.
Machine Operator Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Mold parts on a mold machine while inspecting and packaging
- Read printed instructions on molding procedure
- Operate molding machine and inspect parts when completed
- Weigh and read a scale, package and palletize when finished
- Assist in the assembly area when needed and work as a team to assemble parts
Machine Operator Requirements:
- 1+ years of manufacturing experience preferred
- Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds occasionally throughout the shift
- Must be able to stand for entire shift 8-12 hours
- Ability to bend, squat, kneel, and reach occasionally throughout the shift
- Ability to do close visual inspection to find minor imperfections of the parts
- Ability to read a simple scale for weighing material
- Ability to read, write, and speak English
