Machine Operator Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Support daily production operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Maintain a strong focus on safety, quality, and efficiency.
- Follow company policies, procedures, and work instructions.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Set up and operate machinery used in gear production.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Measure and inspect parts using precision tools.
- Monitor production output and document results accurately.
Machine Operator Requirements:
- Previous machine operating experience in a manufacturing setting preferred.
- Experience in gear manufacturing or precision machining is a plus.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
- Basic math skills are required, including working with fractions, decimals, and measurements; calculating tolerances and dimensions; and converting units as needed.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
