Machine Operator Responsibilities:
- Operating and monitoring assigned production machines to meet quality, safety and customer specifications
- Diagnosing and troubleshooting equipment issues to minimize downtime and maintaining production rates
- Setting up, adjusting and running machines within approved parameters, and standard operating procedures
- Performing changeovers, clean / sanitize procedures and line clearances across multiple machines
- Completing accurate production and quality documentation
- Supporting production needs by performing additional line duties as needed
- Maintaining housekeeping standards and following safety and GMP requirements
- Communicating with leads and cross-functional teams to resolve process and equipment issues
Requirements for Machine Operator:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in production and/or operation
- Knowledge of machine setup, adjustments, and changeovers
- Basic math skills
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds; standing/walking for 8-10 hours
