Machine Assistant Responsibilities:
- Assist Machine Operators in operating equipment to produce finished goods according to specifications
- Help fill customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Support the building of spools for product production and maintain the spool inventory (supermarket)
- Deliver parts and materials to machines to ensure smooth operation
- Accurately label rolls and packaging products for shipment
- Perform quality testing to verify products meet customer and internal standards
- Use assisted lifting devices safely when loading rolls onto skids
- Read and interpret safety rules, operational procedures, and maintenance instructions to ensure compliance
- Participate in 5S activities to promote a clean and organized work environment
- Collaborate with team members to keep production lines running efficiently and troubleshoot minor issues
Requirements for Machine Assistant:
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred but not required
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and safety protocols
- Strong attention to detail and quality assurance skills
- Good physical stamina and ability to lift materials with assistance when needed
- Basic reading and comprehension skills
- Willingness to learn and grow within the company
