Responsibilities
Manage low voltage projects from kickoff through completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are achieved
Oversee structured cabling installations, including copper and fiber optic systems (single-mode and multi-mode)
Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure successful project execution
Review blueprints, drawings, and specifications for accuracy and compliance
Develop project schedules, manage labor resources, and maintain project budgets
Ensure all work is performed in accordance with OSHA and company safety standards
Assist with estimating, procurement, and project forecasting as needed
Lead, mentor, and support field supervisors and installation teams
Requirements
8+ years of experience in low voltage, structured cabling, or data center environments
Proven experience managing commercial construction and/or data center projects
Strong knowledge of structured cabling systems, including Cat5e, Cat6, Cat6A, fiber optic installation, testing, and certification
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, construction documents, and network diagrams
Experience with project management software and reporting tools
BICSI, OSHA 30, PMP, or equivalent certifications are a plus
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
