Responsibilities:Â
Act as the main point of contact for all project activities, ensuring clear communication with clients, vendors, and internal teamsÂ
Oversee daily project operations, manage resources, and ensure tasks are completed on time and within budgetÂ
Identify and resolve project roadblocks, risks, and obstacles, updating leadership as neededÂ
Develop, maintain, and update project schedules, budgets, and documentationÂ
Coordinate and manage vendors to deliver quality results and meet project deadlinesÂ
Lead, train, and develop technicians and installers to maximize team performance and job site safetyÂ
Ensure accurate material tracking, invoicing, and compliance with company safety policiesÂ
Requirements:Â
5+ years of project management experience (low voltage or related industry preferred)Â
Field experience as a technician preferred
Industry certifications (BICSI, PMP, or manufacturer-specific certifications a plus)Â
Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skillsÂ
Proficiency with MS Office and project management softwareÂ
Experience with budgeting, billing, and operational analysisÂ
Additional manufacturer certifications or training are a plusÂ
