Install Cat6 network cabling and pre-terminated single-mode and multi-mode fiber
Work with LC and MPO fiber connectors for high-performance connectivity
Dress and organize cables using proper wire-management techniques, including cable trays and ladder racks
Rack and stack network switches, servers, and other data center hardware
Accurately label all cables and components to maintain clean documentation
Read and interpret data center layouts, network diagrams, and technical blueprints
Ensure all work meets industry standards for quality, reliability, and safety
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in commercial or data center environments
Proven experience installing Cat6 and fiber optic cabling (pre-terminated preferred)
Familiarity with LC and MPO connectors
Working knowledge of telecom and data network infrastructure
BICSI, Lift, and OSHA certifications are a plus
Must have basic hand tools and required PPE (hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, hi-vis vest, steel toe boots)
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
