Low Voltage Cable Technician – Greenville, SC
Join Next Level Technician as a Low Voltage Cable Technician in Greenville, SC! Earn $18–$23/hr (up to $26/hr for exceptional experience) while working on a variety of commercial and industrial low voltage projects throughout the Greenville area. This is a long-term opportunity with steady first-shift work and the chance to build experience across multiple industries.
We're looking for dependable technicians who enjoy variety. If you're someone who likes reporting to the same job site every day, this probably isn't the right fit. Our technicians support multiple local projects and may work at different locations throughout the week.
Responsibilities
Pull, terminate, dress, label, and test CAT5e/CAT6 structured cabling.
Install J-hooks, cable tray, pathways, patch panels, racks, cabinets, and other low voltage infrastructure.
Assist with MDF/IDF buildouts and commercial structured cabling installations.
Read blueprints and follow project documentation.
Maintain clean cable management and quality installations.
Work safely in commercial, industrial, manufacturing, and renovation environments.
Coordinate with project managers and other trades to complete work efficiently.
Experience pulling, terminating, and testing CAT5e/CAT6 cable.
Comfortable working in industrial and manufacturing environments.
Willingness to work at multiple local job sites throughout the week.
Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
Strong work ethic, adaptability, and positive attitude.
Basic hand tools and PPE required.
Current Project Types
Manufacturing facilities (including BMW suppliers and industrial plants).
Warehouse renovations.
Commercial office buildouts.
Converting a former thrift store warehouse into a 911 Emergency Communications Center.
Additional commercial and industrial projects throughout the Greenville area.
Schedule
Monday-Friday.
First Shift.
Local work throughout Greenville and surrounding areas.
