Position Title: Line Worker
Wage: $17.78/hour
Shift: 2nd
Hours: 3pm-11:30pm

Line Worker Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Estimate weight of product visually
- Verify count, look at, handle product, as required by its nature, to determine grade and identify substandard products
- Place rejected products and individual grades of products in designated piles, containers, or areas; add supplemental product in order to bring original product into specifications
- Notify Supervisor of any mechanical or material issues
- Rotate through various positions on the Appetizer line
- May be directed to help out in other areas of the plant as required by production demands
- Maintain a safe and clean work area
- Maintain adherence to company policies, safety standards, and good manufacturing practices
Line Worker Requirements:
- Walk stand; use hands, fingers, and arms to handle, feel, and reach
- Regularly exposed to wet, warm, humid, and cold temperatures and loud noise levels
- Regularly lift and/or move up to 35lbs
- Work in multiple areas of the plant and work in a cool environment (50-55 degrees)
- Excellent vision, distant and peripheral, with the ability to identify and distinguish colors, and adjust focus
- Read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
- Demonstrate reliability and good work ethics, quality work performance, attention to detail, and maintain a good working relationship with all other departments
- Quality focused; able to follow all personal and food safety requirements
- Outstanding attendance record and team focus to meet and exceed customer expectations
