Our openings are on: Â Sunday-Tuesday with alternating Wednesdays from 5am to 5:30pm
Thursday-Saturday with alternating Wednesdays from 5am to 5:30pm.
Lead CNC Machinist Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Comply with all safety regulations.
- Comply with all Quality System requirements.
- Trouble shooting issues as necessary
- Helping out any team member as needed
- Filling in positions as required due to vacation or absence
- Coordinating activities with operations, the ME, and the QE
- Keeping work areas clean and organized
- Responsible for overall operations of the team and production performance (both quantity and quality).
Lead CNC Machinist Requirements:
- Must demonstrate a quality and results driven approach.
- Must demonstrate a customer and company focused attitude.
- Ability to communicate effectively with other employees of the organization.Â
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
- Ability to read and understand documents such as blueprints, operating instructions, and procedure manuals. Â
- Ability to write standard documentation.
- Ability to use a computer for daily activities.
- Ability to perform set up tasks for parts requiring no more than 3 axis on CNC Single Spindle Swiss Screw Machines and/or CNC Lathes.
- Follow the safe practices and housekeeping instructions. Â Observe ergonomic principles, safe lifting and material handling guidelines.
- Read, write, and speak English proficiently.
- Math competency – 8th grade or greater.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
