We are looking for people with great attendance and a strong drive to work. We have 1st and 3rd shift openings for Laborers in the heart of Bellmond, IA. This company offers much room to grow and will train the PERFECT candidate! This is an associate to hire opportunity.
Laborer Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Prep, inspect, and clean seed containers for reuse
- Push and roll empty containers
- Inspect for damage
- Load and unload trucks
- Identify damage in plastic/composite containers and fix those areas
- Load containers onto wash line
- Operate forklift to move product (only after trained)
Laborer Requirements:
- Work in a non-climate-controlled environment
- Lift up to 60lbs
- Push up to 130lbs
- Able to climb stairs, crouch, bend, twist, and reach for the duration of your shift
