Position Title: Insulation Installation Tech
Wage: $19-$25/hour
Shift: 1st
Hours: 7am-4pm, 35-50 hours weekly

Insulation Installation Tech Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Install various types of insulation, including fiberglass batts, cellulose, fiberglass spray, BIB's, and sprayed foam products
- Work on both new construction sites and existing homes to ensure proper insulation and energy efficiency
- Apply sealants such as fire stopping, air sealant, and caulk to improve air tightness in homes
Insulation Installation Tech Requirements:
- Experience in the residential construction industry preferred, with specific experience in insulation installation being ideal; fiberglass batts, spraying cellulose and/or fiberglass, installing BIB's, or sprayed foam products
- Stand, bend, and kneel for extended periods while performing insulation installation tasks
- Lift and carry heavy materials, up to 50lbs throughout the workday
- Frequent climbing of ladders and working at heights to install insulation in attics and other elevated areas
- Dexterity and hand-eye coordination to handle insulation materials and tools safely and efficiently
- Ability to work in confined spaces, such as crawl spaces and attics, often in varying temperatures and environmental conditions
- Visual and auditory ability to identify potential safety hazards and ensure a safe working environment
- Must have basic tools for insulation installation
- Valid driver’s license
- Drug screen and background check
