Position Title: Inside Sales Representative
Wage: $41,000 - $52,000/year
Shift: 1st
Hours: 8:00am – 5:00pm
QPS Employment Group is seeking a dynamic Sales Representative to join our client’s team in Des Moines, IA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for taking care of the inside sales process, offering exceptional customer service. Apply today!
Inside Sales Representative Responsibilities:
- Conduct product demonstrations to potential customers
- Engage in business-to-business (B2B) sales activities
- Directly sell products or services to customers
- Provide outstanding customer service throughout the sales process
- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM software to track sales activities
- Generate leads and follow up on sales opportunities
- Effectively manage client accounts to ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements for Inside Sales Representative:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a similar role
- Strong ability to manage a sales territory effectively
- Proficient in conducting product demos and upselling techniques
- Knowledge of B2B sales processes and strategies
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building relationships
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM software is a plus
- Demonstrated success in lead generation and account management
