QPS Employment Group has a great opportunity available in Injection Molding at a company in Two Rivers, WI. This is a potential to hire position for 1st shift. Apply now!
Injection Molding Responsibilities:
- Inspect parts for defects and test assemblies to ensure they are operating properly
- Trim flash (excess plastic) to salvage parts
- Assemble product and insert instructions and information according to specifications
- Form up, staple, or tape boxes; affix labels
- Ensure the following shift has the needed supplies to continue production
- Pack product into boxes and stack onto skids
- Perform general housekeeping to maintain a safe and orderly work environment which supports quality standards
- Properly track and record scrap
- Assist with cleanup of oil and water leaks to ensure a prompt return to production
- Assist setup as directed, assembling boxes of spice mixes
- Perform a variety of tasks to rework product
Requirements for Injection Molding:
- Able to repetitively lift up to 20lbs
- Able to alternate sitting and standing throughout shift
- Able to reach up to shoulder length
