Position Title: Industrial Maintenance Tech
Salary: $41,000-$62,000 per year
Shift: 1st
Hours: 7:30am-3:30pm (Mon-Fri)

Industrial Maintenance Tech Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Perform routine preventive maintenance on manufacturing equipment, machinery, and facility systems.
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues and complete timely, effective repairs.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and equipment breakdowns during production.
- Inspect equipment to ensure proper operation and compliance with safety standards.
- Maintain accurate maintenance logs, work orders, and service records.
- Assist with installation, setup, and modification of machinery and equipment.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety policies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe maintenance work area.
- Collaborate with production staff to minimize downtime and improve operational efficiency.
Industrial Maintenance Tech Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED required; technical or vocational training preferred.
- 2+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment preferred.
- Board Level Electronics Repair Certification is a plus.
- Strong working knowledge of mechanical systems and advanced electrical systems.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and lift up to 20 lbs.
- Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to noise, moving equipment, and varying temperatures.
