We are seeking a Bilingual Administrative and HR Assistant in Spring Green, WI. This fully onsite role with a manufacturer is responsible for assisting with daily functions of Human Resources including recruiting, benefits, payroll, administrating HR policies programs, employee relations, compliance, and training. This is a full-time, direct hire position that offers a competitive salary and benefits package.
Bilingual Administrative Assistant Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the HR department, including data entry, and maintaining confidential employee records
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, including new hire paperwork, orientation scheduling, and exit documentation
- Serve as a bilingual point of contact for employees, translating HR policies, procedures, and communications as needed
- Support recruitment efforts by coordinating interviews, posting job openings, and communicating with candidates
- Support training and employee engagement initiatives, including scheduling and tracking participation
Requirements for Bilingual Administrative Assistant:
- 1-2 years of related experience in HR
- Associates degree
- Must be able to reliably commute to job site
- Must have good communication skills and be able to work as a team
- Bilingual in English and Spanish required
