Harvest Responsibilities:
- Remove meat for use in the production of sausage products
- Perform and rotate through several job functions in the department at line speed
- Use motorized knife and straight edged knife to cut meat
- Notify team leaders and/or maintenance of problems
Requirements for Harvest:
- Able to lift up to 50lbs
- Able to stand or walk for duration of shift
- Good communication skills
