Position Title: HVAC Technician
Wage: $25-$29/hour
Shift: 1st
Hours: 7am-3pm Monday-Friday

HVAC Technician Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Perform preventive maintenance on all HVAC equipment (of refrigeration units, isolated heating and ventilating units, including boilers, gas, and electrically operated air conditioning equipment) across 7 facilities, this includes roof top units
- Perform troubleshooting and conduct repairs on all HVAC equipment as needed
- Repair or replace defective parts in units and equipment and their controls, including but not limited to thermostats, automatic switches, fan controls, log switches, damper motors, louvers, relays, filters, etc.
- Maintain log of tasks performed and write reports as required
- Advise Maintenance Department as to required parts and material inventory to support HVAC equipment
- Operate a variety of hand/power tools and test equipment utilized in the trade
- Coordinate with outside contractors to install new equipment
- Support the maintenance department with various other facilities related maintenance as needed
HVAC Technician Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience with commercial HVAC equipment up to 20 ton
- Standard practices of the HVAC and refrigeration trade and theory of HVAC and refrigeration systems
- Knowledge of the materials, methods, tools (manual and electric), and equipment applicable to the HVAC and refrigeration trade
- EPA Certified
- Ability to operate within an Windows office environment and maintenance of basic records/logs
