Are you a recruiting professional with manufacturing hiring experience? Our client in Richfield, WI is seeking a Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruiting efforts and help attract top talent across their organization. This is a full-time, direct hire, fully onsite position with a strong manufacturer that offer a competitive salary and benefits package.
HR Recruiter Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing through offer acceptance
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruiting strategies
- Source candidates through job boards, networking, social media, industry groups, and community events
- Screen applicants, coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and support hiring decisions
- Prepare offer packages, conduct reference/background checks, and manage pre-employment screenings
- Maintain accurate applicant tracking system (ATS) records and ensure a positive candidate experience
- Track recruiting metrics, build talent pipelines, and recommend process improvements
- Ensure compliance with all applicable recruiting and employment regulations
- Assist with new hire orientation and onboarding activities
Requirements for HR Recruiter:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of full cycle recruitment experience as a Recruiter in a manufacturing environment
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Strong knowledge of recruiting best practices and manufacturing skill sets
- Excellent organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
