QPS Employment Group is hiring a Production Worker for a company in Edwardsville, KS. This is an associate to hire opportunity.
Production Worker Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Assemble and mount tires on wheels according to specifications
- Inspect tires and wheels for defects and ensure quality standards are met
- Operate assembly equipment and tools safely and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures
- Loading and unloading trucks by hand as needed
Production Worker Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; may also substitute company-provided GED Works program within 1 year of hire
- Experience in tire and wheel assembly is preferred
- Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
- Willingness to perform physical labor, including loading and unloading trucks
- Ability to move around during workday
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds regularly throughout the workday
- A keen eye for detail
