Quality Coordinator Responsibilities:
- Conduct ISO compliance reviews, identifying deficiencies
- Obtain and maintain regulatory certifications and standards (UL, CE, Atex, ISO, etc.)
- Maintain, coordinate and manage ISO documentation including Quality Manual and SPI’s and management review processes
- Coordinate and maintain deviation processes and database utilizing standard work
- Deviation process flow management
- Facilitate internal audit process
- Refine and enhance processes by applying CI, SW and visual tools
- Create and execute product conformance documentation
- Coordinate, prioritize and release ETO orders through use of a database and visual controls
- Work with outside vendors to develop or improve manufacturing processes for purchased components
Requirements for Quality Coordinator:
- High School Diploma or GED; Associate’s degree preferred
- 2-4 years of quality assurance experience preferably in a machining/assembly facility
- Good mechanical aptitude of general machinery
- Auditor expertise
- Previous experience in SAP or other ERP type systems preferred
- Superior analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent communication, project management and organizational skills
- Able to work in a fast paced, creative, results-oriented atmosphere
