Sanitation Tech Responsibilities:
- Clean and sanitize the manufacturing plant, including production equipment, floors, walls, pipes, and beams
- Clean forklifts, pallet jacks, and cooler racking areas
- Follow all sanitation and safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe work environment
- Maintain sanitary conditions to ensure consistent production quality and food safety
- Properly restore all production lines and work areas for the next shift
- Report any issues related to food safety, food quality, or personnel safety to management
Requirements for Sanitation Tech:
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to communicate effectively with coworkers and management
- Basic math skills (addition and subtraction)
- Previous sanitation or cleaning experience preferred
- Prolonged standing during work hours
- Regular bending, twisting, reaching, pushing, and pulling
- Frequent lifting of up to 25 pounds throughout the shift
- Occasional lifting of up to 40 pounds
