Position Title: Fulfillment – 1st Shift

Hours: 7:30am – 4:30pm

Fulfillment Responsibilities:
- Process customer orders from all channels (Amazon, Walmart, M.O.M. system, etc.)
- Process orders in an accurate and timely manner from receipt of customer order through customer shipment, delivery, and invoice for designated customer accounts
- Support administration and documenting of return/ correction orders for shipment refusals, carrier damages, and carrier shortages
- Proactively update inventory specific situations: open orders, back-orders, in-transit updates
- Create and post inventory adjustments and transfers
- Post daily transactions for sales, inventory and purchasing
Requirements for Fulfillment:
- Ability to use a computer and standard business and other work-related software with minimal instruction
- Experience using Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
- Professional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from internal and external customers which includes coworkers, managers, customers, regulatory agencies, and vendors
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with professional ethics and standards
- Strong sense of urgency, accuracy, and follow through
