Food Production Responsibilities:
- Assist loading product from tables to racks
- Assist stuffers with machine changeovers
- Place product on sticks
- Place on racks and space properly
- Inspect product
- Identify rack properly with tags and rinse off when full
- Break down machines at the end of the production and rinse
- Dispose of meat properly
Requirements for Food Production:
- Willing to work in wet humid conditions
- Ability to stand, walk, reach above shoulders 2/3 of more of the time
- Ability to push 100lbs or more
- Ability to lift 60lbs overhead
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment
