Finished Goods Technician Responsibilities:
- Inspect finished product to our standards and quality specifications
- Detect flaws among finished goods to ensure all products meet quality standards
- Assemble and construct finished goods materials
- Efficiently operate packaging machines through final assembly
- Assist with assembling boxes for packaging
- Have attention to detail
Requirements for Finished Goods Technician:
- Previous experience working with production machinery preferred
- Thorough understanding of product and process being inspected and packaged
- Intellectual curiosity, passion for machinery, positive attitude, self-discipline, and commitment to the company's mission
- Must be able to stand and walk for prolonged periods and lift up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to visually inspect products with accuracy
- Must be able to work with others and independently
- Must successfully pass background checks and pre-employment screening
- Must be able to read, write, and speak English
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong mechanical, mathematical, reading comprehension, and troubleshooting skills
- Demonstrate safe work practices, ability to work independently and within a team environment, and strong communication skills
