Machine Operator Responsibilities:
- Set-up, operate and troubleshoot equipment to produce parts to specification
- Inspect machinery, equipment and tooling prior to set-up, identifying issues which adversely affect product requirements
- Identify nonconforming materials/products and work with shift leader for resolution
- Critical inspection of the line for FDA/GMP Requirements
- Ensure part quality meets established standards
- Complete all shift documentation/paperwork
- Assist with shift hand-off, going over job status and updates with incoming shift
- Participate in safety programs, follow all established safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE
Requirements for Machine Operator:
- Ability to work in warm environments
- One year manufacturing or related experience with longevity in work history
- Mechanical aptitude
- Ability to read, write and speak English to meet training, safety and quality requirements
- Basic math skills
- Computer and software skills
