QPS Employment Group has a great Experienced CNC Machinist position available at a company in Hanover Park, IL. This is a direct hire role for 1st and 2nd shift.
Experienced CNC Machinist Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Read blueprints and job order for product specifications such as dimensions and tolerances.
- Observe operation of machine and verifies conformance of machined workpiece to specifications.
- Operate machines and equipment other than machine tools.
- Complete in process inspection sheets.
- Demonstrate attention to detail.
- Contribute to building a positive team spirit.
Experienced CNC Machinist Requirements:
- Able to read and interpret prints.
- Firm understanding of GDT.
- Experience with hard turn machining and close tolerances +.0001.
- Must have 10 years of CNC experience.
- Puts quality first, demonstrates attention to detail, is willing to learn and train others, and is experienced in close-tolerance machining.
