Position Title: Embroidery Machine Operator – 2nd Shift Wage: $20.00/hour Shift: 2nd Shift Hours: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM Now Hiring – Experienced Embroidery Machine Operators (Oak Creek Area) We are currently seeking experienced Embroidery Machine Operators for a 2nd shift opportunity in the Oak Creek area. This role requires hands-on experience operating industrial embroidery machines. Candidates without direct embroidery experience will not be considered.

Set up, operate, and troubleshoot industrial embroidery machines to produce high-quality embroidered products
Upload and manage digitized embroidery designs within machine systems
Perform thread color changes, needle adjustments, and machine calibrations
Properly hoop garments and apply backing materials to ensure quality output
Inspect finished products for defects and accuracy, making machine adjustments as needed
Maintain production efficiency while meeting quality standards
Perform routine maintenance, including daily oiling and lint removal
Requirements for Embroidery Machine Operator:
? At least 1 year of hands-on embroidery machine operation experience REQUIRED
? Experience working with industrial/multi-head embroidery machines
? Ability to read and follow embroidery job specs and design files
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Basic computer skills (experience with embroidery software is a plus)
Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
