Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers via phone calls, faxes, chat and e-mails
- Place orders, handle refunds and set up warranty replacements
- Provide knowledgeable answers to questions regarding products and pricing
- Help customers navigate the company’s websites and place online orders
- Assist customers with order status questions, resolving returns, shipping inquiries and disputes
- Take payment information and other pertinent order information such as addresses and phone numbers
- Document call and e-mail information according to standard operating procedures
Requirements for Customer Service Representative:
- Excellent customer service and sales skills
- Able to handle large volumes of phone calls (inbound and outbound)
- Highly developed sense of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction
- Proficient in computer applications
- Knowledgeable of customer service principles and practices
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Good phone and listening skills
- Problem analysis and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Able to work independently and within a team
- Good time management skills
- Able to type 30+ WPM
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus but not required
