Customer Service Responsibilities:
- Take customer orders over the phone
- Research customer complaints and resolve issues
- Enter faxed in orders into our accounting system
- File for the sales department
- Take customer warranty / complaint calls
Requirements for Customer Service:
- Experience working with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Experience with office equipment including fax, copier, filing
- Experience with Microsoft GP Dynamics and Act is a plus
- Ability to type a minimum of 55-60 wpm
- Good phone skills and enjoy talking with customers
- Problem solving skills
