Job Description


Position Title: Customer Service Analyst

Salary: $45,000-$47,000 per year

Hours: 8:00am-4:30pm

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Specialist to join our client’s team. This role involves direct interaction with customers, sales, production planning, quality, and shipping personnel. The ideal candidate will handle sales orders, resolve customer inquiries and complaints, and monitor delivery dates and order quantities. You will analyze data from their ERP/CRM system, comply with safety policies, and always aim to satisfy the customer.

Customer Service Analyst Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Present professionally to customers.
- Administratively manage and act upon all customer orders, including order entry, forecasting, inquiries, complaints, production status, and shipment status.
- Analyze and edit customer orders and inquiries, responding through written and verbal communications.
- Respond to customer inquiries requiring decision-making.
- Process and manage all Customer Complaint Reports (CCRs) for assigned customers.
- Transmit verbal and written information from customers to sales personnel and various internal departments.
- Request art, product, and tool service estimates based on customer and sales personnel inquiries.
- Manage and analyze steel and coating inventories for key flat sheet accounts.
- Initiate and manage new product launches, ASOs, contract reviews, pricing requests, new part numbers, and printing plates.
- Participate and give direction in daily Litho meetings and weekly shipment meetings.
- Coordinate customer order shipments with the Shipping Team Leader.
- Prepare customer order invoices.

Customer Service Analyst Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent (Associate’s degree and relevant work experience).
- Course work in accounting, sales, and marketing is helpful.
- Approximately two (2) years of related work experience preferred.
- Familiarity with sales, service, and customer relations policies.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Access).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze and interpret data.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced work environment.
