Administrative Assistant Responsibilities:
- Organize and maintain office operations to improve workflow and efficiency
- Schedule meetings and manage calendars
- Communicate effectively with team members, suppliers and customers
- Create and maintain accurate records and documentation
- Track and order office supplies, ensuring inventory levels are maintained
- Assist in basic warehouse duties (unpacking and organizing shipments)
- Perform receptionist duties including greeting visitors and answering phones
Requirements for Administrative Assistant:
- Proven experience in an administrative or office support role
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office, Quick Books and office equipment
- Able to lift 50lbs for occasional warehouse-related tasks
- Experience with ERP systems a plus
- Able to work independently in a small team environment
