Production - Chrome Plating Responsibilities:
- Load and unload rings into machines
- Ensure quality and thickness of chrome, maintain chemical composition of chrome bath and operate shot peen machine
- Perform required inspection checks on the rings
- Enter part numbers onto computer
- Observe safety policies
- Adhere to chrome plate job instruction
Requirements for Production - Chrome Plating:
- Ability to read, write and perform basic math, read blueprints, and read applicable measuring devices
- Ability to work in hotter work environment
- Ability to work around hazardous chemicals
- Ability to stand for duration of shift
- Ability to lift 100 pounds maximum with frequent lifting/carrying of up to 50 pounds; hoist usage
