Position Title: Machine Operator Project
Wage: $22/hour
Shift: 2nd, 3rd
Hours: 2nd shift 2:30pm-midnight, 3rd shift Midnight-8am
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Machine Operator to support daily manufacturing operations. This role is responsible for operating production equipment, monitoring quality, and ensuring safe and efficient workflow in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is an associate to hire opportunity in Hartland, WI.
Machine Operator Project Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Operate and monitor production machinery according to work instructions and safety guidelines
- Load and unload materials, parts, or products as required
- Perform basic machine setups, adjustments, and changeovers
- Inspect finished parts using basic measuring tools to ensure quality standards are met
- Identify and report equipment issues, defects, or safety concerns
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety, quality, and production procedures
- Meet production goals while maintaining accuracy and consistency
Machine Operator Project Requirements:
- Previous machine operating or manufacturing experience preferred
- Ability to read work instructions, job travelers, or basic blueprints
- Basic mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds as needed
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn
- Experience with hand tools or measuring equipment is a plus
- Manufacturing/production floor environment
- May require standing, bending, lifting, and repetitive motions
- Use of PPE as required
