Position Title: Business Development & Customer Service Manager
Wage: $60,000-$80,000/year

Hours: 8am-4:30pm

This is a direct hire opportunity for a Business Development & Customer Service Manager in Allenton, WI.
Business Development & Customer Service Manager Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Lead the process of identifying potential customers and generating new business opportunities
- Develop and maintain sales channels both directly and indirectly
- Contact and qualify potential customers, manage leads through the sales pipeline by setting appointments, following up on leads, and tracking progress towards meeting sales goals; some travel required to visit customers
- Develop sales strategies to attract potential buyers or solicit new potential customers
- Create relationships with customers to identify future needs and make recommendations to the leadership team on market direction
- Perform regular follow-ups and facilitate communication with existing customers to ensure their satisfaction and identify new potential needs
- Collaborate with the company’s leadership to ensure goals and targets are met
- Oversee marketing efforts, including but not limited to social media, websites, and printed literature
- Act as the single point of contact for the existing customer base, including being the voice of the customer internally to aid operations in meeting expectations
- Execute quotations for new and ongoing business working alongside the financial team to ensure pricing accuracy and margin expectations
- Attend 4 tradeshows within the United States annually
Business Development & Customer Service Manager Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in sales, marketing, business, or a related field; or a combination of proven experience and success within a similar role
- Demonstrated success in sales techniques, marketing, and communication
- Experience selling similar manufacturing services in diverse markets
- Strong communication, interpersonal, teamwork, and customer service skills
- Good time management and analytical skills
- Marketing experience, including but not limited to social media, websites, and printed literature
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision and a strong internal drive to meet set goals
