Position Title: Maintenance Technician
Wage: $32.00 - $36.00/hour
Shift: 1st (Some Evenings as Required)

Maintenance Technician Responsibilities:
- Maintain optimal uptime of production equipment by troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing issues in a timely and cost-effective manner
- Coordinate with production teams to perform repairs and preventive maintenance, minimizing downtime
- Design and implement preventive maintenance programs, procedures, and systems
- Inspect, maintain, and repair building systems and facility components
- Complete all required documentation in accordance with Good Documentation Practices (GDP)
Requirements for Maintenance Technician:
- High school diploma or GED; technical school certificate preferred
- 1-3 years of related maintenance experience
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
- Basic math skills, including unit conversions (metric and imperial)
- Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams, schematics, and machine manuals
- Knowledge of Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures for isolating electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic energy sources
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to use hand tools for equipment assembly and disassembly
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with team members on maintenance activities
- Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize tasks and work independently with minimal supervision
- Experience with positive displacement (PD) and pneumatic pumps preferred
- Experience working with three-phase electrical systems preferred
- Familiarity with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) is a plus
- Forklift operation experience is a plus
- Experience working at heights (e.g., scissor lifts, rooftops, process tanks) is a plus
- Willingness to learn boiler operation and maintenance
