Position Title: Bilingual Team Lead
Wage: $29.41/hour
Shift: 1st
Hours: 6:00am - 2:30pm
We are seeking a skilled Team Lead in Euless, TX to support daily operations in a fabrication and composites environment. This hands-on role is responsible for guiding operators, maintaining production flow, and performing technical machine setup and operation. Apply now!
Bilingual Team Lead Responsibilities:
- Lead work activities for a shift or specific work cell
- Serve as a technical resource for operators
- Train and support less experienced team members
- Maintain safety, quality, and productivity standards
- Complete accurate work order documentation
- Recommend process and workflow improvements
- Set up and operate equipment such as saws, manual mills, lathes, presses, routers, panel saws, and more
- Perform machining operations requiring tight tolerances
- Conduct in-process inspections
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace aligned with 6S practices
Requirements for Bilingual Team Lead:
- Ability to work independently with minimal defects
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Proficient with measurement tools
- Flexibility to adapt to changing production needs
- Willingness to work overtime as needed
- Technical degree with 2+ years of experience preferred OR equivalent experience and education
- Prior manufacturing experience strongly preferred
- Ability to regularly standing, walking, reaching, and manual handling
- Ability to lift / move up to 40 lbs
- Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled shop environment
