Position Title: Bilingual Production Coordinator
Wage: $20.00 per hour
Shift: 1st
Hours: 8:00am – 4:00pm (Monday – Friday)

Bilingual Production Coordinator Responsibilities:
- Schedule production to meet customer demand
- Develop and adjust production schedules to optimize workflow and meet delivery deadlines
- Communicate schedule updates and changes to relevant departments, ensuring alignment with customer requirements
- Generate detailed work orders, production schedules, and job travelers to guide manufacturing processes
- Verify accuracy of all paperwork, including material specifications, quality standards, and timelines
- Organize and distribute documentation to production teams to ensure seamless operations
- Accurately input data related to production activities, including materials used, labor hours, and completed orders, into the ERP system
- Oversee the preparation, packaging, and shipment of product samples, ensuring they meet quality standards
- Create and update product labels to comply with company branding and regulatory requirements
- Manage inventory of labeling supplies and troubleshoot printing issues to avoid production delays
Requirements for Bilingual Production Coordinator:
- Bilingual (English / Spanish)
- Ability to work with Microsoft Office Platforms (Word, Outlook, Excel)
- Ability to communicate effectively both written and verbally
- High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
