Position Title: Assembly
Wage: $17.00/hr
Shift: 1st
Hours: 07:00 am - 05:30 pm Monday - Thursday

Assembly Responsibilities:
- Accurately scan incoming parts and place them in designated inventory locations
- Retrieve and stock materials to maintain proper organization and accessibility
- Assemble light fixtures according to detailed instruction manuals and specifications
- Package products by boxing or bagging components based on part numbers and order requirements
- Read and interpret work orders to ensure correct production and assembly processes
- Meet or exceed daily production goals in collaboration with team members
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times
- Use tools such as box cutters and small hand tools safely when required
Requirements for Assembly:
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment for extended periods
- Strong reading comprehension and basic writing skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Experience using small hand tools (preferred but not required)
- Ability to stand for 8–10 hours per shift on a concrete surface
- Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 50 lbs regularly
- Frequent use of both hands for grasping, reaching, and handling materials
- Capability to perform repetitive motions including bending, twisting, stooping, and reaching
- Endurance to perform repetitive hand, wrist, arm, and shoulder movements throughout the shift
