Position Title: Production
Wage: $16.50/hour
Shift: 1st
Hours: 6:00am - 4:30pm (Monday - Friday)

This is a hands-on role for someone who takes pride in turning raw materials into finished products you can see on real homes and businesses. You’ll cut, coat, paint, and assemble custom siding components, then manage them through inventory, quality checks, and shipment. Production Responsibilities:
- Cut out various sized pieces of siding and Styrofoam and overlay them in a thin wire mesh
- Overlay the shapes with concrete
- Paint the product using specialized paint
- Use basic machine operations to cut and trim the piecesÂ
- Make siding for houses and business using the various shapesÂ
- Base coat all shapes
- Assist with receiving, organizing, and maintaining warehouse inventory
- Perform regular stock checks and help with inventory audits
- Accurately pick and pack orders for shipment, ensuring the correct products and quantities are prepared
- Assist in the loading and unloading of delivery trucks, ensuring products are properly handled to prevent damage
- Prepare shipping documentation and labels
- Inspect incoming products for damage or defects, ensuring only high-quality items are stored or shipped
- Conduct routine checks to ensure all products meet standards for quality and finish
- Safely operate warehouse equipment pallet jacks, and other machinery, to transport materials and products
- Maintain clean and organized work areas to ensure safety and efficiency
- Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures to maintain a safe working environment
- Adhere to all regulatory compliance standards related to material handling, equipment operation, and warehouse protocols
Requirements for Production:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior warehouse or material handling experience preferred
- Ability to operate pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment (training provided if necessary)
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and quality
- Ability to lift and move heavy products (up to 50 lbs)
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
- Experience with inventory management software is a plus
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Frequent bending, lifting, and moving of materials up to 50 pounds
- Work in varying temperatures, as warehouse conditions may fluctuate
